I found the staff to be very attentive and helpful . they provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. i enjoyed the convenient location near the metro. It made exploring the city easy. also, the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries.
the elevator was a bit slow at times.

staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage, and their recommendations for nearby attractions were very helpful. the front desk was available 24/7, ensuring support whenever needed. turndown service was provided each evening.

high standard comfiest bed clean bedroom
the hotel has been renovated. it is decorated to a high standard. i stayed in a beautiful room. the bed was one of the comfiest hotel beds i've slept in. everything was so clean. i found my bedroom beautifully made up each day.
my room was not ready upon my arrival. i was informed i was upgraded to a room facing the park. the noise from the park's cafe lasted to almost 1:00 am. it made falling asleep nearly impossible.

The hotel is located in front of amoreiras square. It is a super cute square with an amazing vibe. the park across the street is great. i could easily walk to several wonderful restaurants and the metro.
